Architecture

Every organization on InfiniStack gets its own isolated pipeline, its own schedule, and its own governed data—built on managed infrastructure so nothing is shared between tenants and nothing lives outside your warehouse.

Dedicated infrastructure, built in from day one

InfiniStack is architected around strict tenant isolation rather than a shared pool partitioned after the fact. Every organization receives its own provisioned environment—an architectural decision, not a configuration option.

Your pipeline, schedule, and compute are provisioned exclusively for your organization. Performance and reliability stay consistent regardless of what other customers are running, and your data is governed entirely within your own warehouse.

How a request moves through the platform

Four managed layers, provisioned automatically for every organization the moment a connector is added.

Layer 1

Sources & destinations

Databases connect through our library of managed connectors—credentials are scoped to your organization alone.

Layer 2

Managed pipelines

A dedicated pipeline and schedule are provisioned for your organization, with its own compute, automatic retries on failure, and full run history—so performance stays predictable as you scale.

Per-tenant isolation Automatic retries Configurable schedules
Layer 3

Governed data layer

Transformations and metric definitions run inside your own warehouse—InfiniStack never copies your data into a separate analytics store. Every metric is defined once and shared by every downstream tool.

Layer 4

Analytics & AI

Dashboards, notebooks, and Chat all query the same governed layer, scoped by role and organization—so the answer is the same no matter which surface someone asks it from.

Common questions

Is my data ever shared with other organizations?

No. Every organization runs on its own dedicated pipeline and compute. Your credentials, logs, and data are never visible to, or processed alongside, another organization's.

Where does my data actually live?

In your own warehouse. InfiniStack orchestrates the movement and transformation of data, but the governed layer that dashboards, reports, and Chat query lives in the destination you connect—not in a separate copy we hold.

What happens if a pipeline run fails?

Failed runs are retried automatically, and your team is alerted through the monitoring layer. Because each organization's compute is dedicated, a failure never cascades into another organization's schedule.

How are credentials and connection details protected?

Source and destination credentials are scoped to your organization and are never exposed to other tenants. See Security for the full model.
